I love seeing my customers smile. Just make sure their Saturday satisfied. I love hearing the "I love it!" When they get their hair installed by their stylist. Especially when they say "this is the best hair I've ever had!"
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a college student purchase hair after she had it installed, she texted me the next day saying she was bringing her mother and sister back that weekend to purchase hair including herself!
