I have made several books with picaboo and have found them to be very user friendly. The quality is very nice and so little trouble. I did have one experience where I did not receive my book as expected and they corrected the problem quickly and professionally. I’m very happy with picaboo. I have tried two other sites as well but will stay with picaboo
