About Pier701 Restaurant & Bar
There's no shortage of exciting things to see and eat at Pier701 Restaurant & Bar, set against views of the Hudson River. Head chef Denis Whitton has tailored the menu to feature eclectic, locally-sourced cuisine with an international influence. Mediterranean-American inspired entrees include grilled spanish octopus; pan-seared branzino; braised short ribs; and mussels in various styles are among the seasonal options. Plus, all of the sauces and stocks are made in-house from scratch. The restaurant complements these dishes with more than 100 international wines, as well as live music on select nights. In warmer months, guests can enjoy waterfront al fresco dining with an area of white beach sand, which seats 52, and plenty of space to dock their boat or jet ski.
