About Pilates in the Canyon
Pilates in the Canyon offers a full body workout for a variety of skill levels. They also offer circuit classes as well as barre and weight training fusion classes. They keep their classes small, allowing each client to receive more personal guidance. Their eight Balanced Body Reformer / Cadillacs, four stability chairs, one barre, TRX, and various other props challenge and strengthen clients’ bodies and minds. These workouts are beneficial for golfers, equestrians, tennis players, runners, swimmers, and more.
