1: A photo of your Learner permit (front and back),
2: A photo of the redeemed voucher code or Redemption code,
3: Your contact info (phone number and email).
4: Based on the availability listed above, email us your preferred date to attend the Zoom.

You are required to pick up your 5 hours pre-licensing certificate at our location in person at 46-32 Kissena Blvd 2nd FL(Entrance on Kalmia Ave), Flushing, NY 11355. Office Hours: Monday Through Friday 10AM-5PM, so please contact us with 24-48 hours notice before picking up.
