What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being in the business for 20 years, many observations has been made. There is a lack of trust in computer shops, mostly due to price gouging, repairs going ignored on the shelf or desk, mis-diagnosis and other horror stories. We have stepped up to the plate with customer satisfaction as the goal.

What do you love most about your job?
Computers are an essential tool for everyday life whether on a personal, education or business level. Seeing the smile and joy on a customers face after remedying the problem is the biggest love of the job.

Simply put, "You have improved my quality of life". You cannot beat a testimonial like that.
