Steamed hot dogs & burgers hold classic and innovative toppings, from mustard & relish to chili & jalapeños

Hot dogs are not sandwiched between a bun for taste, but rather to keep them from rolling off the plate or canoodling with coleslaw. Grab a hold of your meal with today’s Groupon: for $7, you get $15 worth of American fare at Pink’s Hot Dogs at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

Blossoming from a humble LA hot dog stand in 1939 to a favorite grazing spot for Ozzy Osbourne and Jack Nicholson, Pink’s Hot Dogs now occupies to the Vegas strip, vending a menu of loaded dogs and burgers amid the lavish scene at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Timeless hot dogs come fashioned with a range of classic fixings, from chili and onions ($5.75) to Chicago Polish mustard and relish ($7). Pink’s special dogs showcase innovative styles, such as the Vegas Strip dog ($7.75), which layers chili, guacamole, and jalapeños over two links wrapped in a bun or cheat-sheet for counting cards. The spot also churns out a quintet of succulent burgers such as a double-chili burger ($8.75) which customers can flank with a heap of crispy onion rings ($4.75) or chili cheese fries ($5.50).

About Pink's Hot Dogs

Since its conception as a Hollywood street stand in 1939, Pink's Hot Dogs has served as a refueling station for celebrities. Jack Nicholson, Ozzy Osbourne, and Kim Kardashian have all eaten its signature franks, either at the original LA locale or the new Vegas venue in the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Today, two types of dogs populate the menu: classic dogs and Pink's special dogs. The first collection hosts traditional bun-and-beef offerings such as polish sausages, chili dogs, and Chicago-style dogs, onto which guests can pile their preferred toppings. The special dogs, however, defy convention. Inside the Three Dog Night's tortilla, american cheese, bacon, and chili surround a trio of hot dogs. Guacamole and jalapeños imbue the Spicy Mojave dog with southern zest, and the Showgirl dog adds sauerkraut and sour cream to its traditional fixings before wrapping itself in a bun or single fishnet stocking. Sodas, frozen pink lemonade cocktails, and a collection of domestic beers complement hot dogs of all kinds.
