Pittsburgh Heat Dance Company, specializes in Hip Hop Dance Styles and Tumbling. Offering drop-in classes for Kids & Adults. Competition Dance Teams for youth grades K-12. Private Training for individuals and groups. we also offer birthday parties, workshops, studio rental and more. Conveniently located in the Bloomfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh, we are easily accessible by bus, walk, drive, bike. We believe if you can walk you can dance and you will benefit from doing so. If you are looking to move and groove in the modern era.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?

We are here to teach you. That's why we offer drop in classes that are open to the public. Even our dance teams are no tryout! We all walked in to a class for the first time & we remember what it feels like. Our instructor strive to make everyone feel welcome. Everyone in class is there to learn.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Motivation & Inspiration, through Dance Education, for every Generation! It's bigger than us, we do what we do to make a better world, give people confidence, a place where anyone who wants to learn can. Dance releases endorphins and makes you happy. Plus its cheaper than therapy... just kidding!

What do you love most about your job?

So often, our students think we inspire them. However, it's in them... that we find our inspiration.
