About Pollos Mario #6 - Woodside
Chicken and seafood make up the bulk of Pollos a La Brasa Mario's menu, but it expands across several Latin dishes. Inside the casual interior filled with faux-orange trees, slowly-cooked rotisserie chicken comes served with sides of yellow rice and yuca fries, while red snapper is sauteed with cassava and potatoes. For a heavier meal, crispy pork cracklings come served on top of a massive platter of steak, rice, beans, with a fried egg and avocado just for good measure.
