During daycare visits, playgroups are separated by size and temperament. Pooches enjoy playing with their peers under the supervision of employees, or “Pack Leaders,” who dispense attention and time-outs as necessary. A day of daycare blends rest and play for the health of the dogs, giving guests an “all day experience,” rather than simply all day play, to create the right balance between rest and play. If a dog is unable to join in group play, they will be treated to individual mid-day play with a team member. All pet parents can enjoying watching their kids roam and play with webcams in the playgroup areas.
After afternoon playtime, dogs that are staying overnight snooze in a suite, no cages or kennels in sight. The Standard suite comes with comfortable bedding and the Palace suite provides the comforts of home with a human-sized bed, a TV for each pooch’s entertainment, and an in-suite webcam for checking in.
Because Pooch Hotel is a 24-hour operation, they have defined check-in and check-out times. Some fees may apply for checking in early or checking out late, but guests have the convenience of check-in and check-out according to their schedule needs. Groupon holders will enjoy a complimentary 1-hour early check-in and 1-hour late check-out from standard check-in and check-out times:
- Standard daycare day is 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Groupon holders can check-in for daycare as early as 6 a.m. and check-out as late as 8 p.m. at no extra charge.
- Standard boarding stay is 7 a.m.–noon the following day. Groupon holders can check-in for boarding as early as 6 a.m. and check-out as late as 1 p.m. the following day at no extra charge.

- Valid only at Richardson, TX location. Valid for new customers only or guests who have not been in since September 1, 2016. All days must be used within 90 days of the initial visit. Pet Parent must complete new customer profile and dogs must have up to date medical history and vaccinations.
