What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer yoga in a heated environment to help loosen and relax joints and muscles. Conveniently located in downtown, our classes are held throughout the workday and weekend to accommodate busy schedules. Classes are 60 minutes to 75 minutes in duration. All experience levels are welcome.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Hot yoga is a physical exercise. Combined with breath work and relaxation, it’s a total “person” experience that engages the mind and body. We offer classes throughout the workday and weekend to accommodate your schedule, and we are conveniently located in the heart of downtown.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are the first hot yoga studio in Roanoke and provide a convenient location with a flexible schedule for downtown work commuters and residents.

What do you love most about your job?
The peace and relaxation the practice brings us and those we teach.
