Trainers lead intensive group workouts that employ plyometrics, body-weight resistance, heavy ropes, and innovative free-weight lifts. Sample exercises include the prowler push––pushing weights laterally across the ground on a sled––or the farmer’s walk where trainees walk and haul barbells with special hand grips. Trainers also provide detailed nutritional advice in the form of lean recipes and weekly meal planning. Classes range from 15 to 20 people and are offered Monday–Friday at 5:15 a.m., 6:15 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 5:15 p.m., and 6:15 p.m.

About Prestige Strength Fitness
We do believe that age is just a number but, we also understand that different ages require different amounts of attention and may need to focus on different goals. For this reason we offer 4 different private senior programs. The first program is Functional Mobility. Our goal in this program is to create a healthy, able and practical body, a body that moves both effectively and feels good. We strive to improve mobility and reduce pain that is common in so many sedentary and deconditioned individuals. The second program is Functional Strength and Conditioning. This program maintains what we have created in the Functional Mobility program and adds in a progressive strength and conditioning element. We will focus on elements of strength and endurance that carry practical value in the real world. The third program is Masters Bodybuilding. This program is for healthy, fit individuals who have aspirations of a leaner, more muscular physique. The last program is Masters power-lifting. This program is for healthy, fit individuals who want to focus on becoming stronger in the Big 3 lifts, squats, bench press and dead-lifts. All Private Senior Training is scheduled by appointment only.
