What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our gym is built on the strength of its members. Celebrating 25 years, the gym's success has been focused on building beautiful bodies through its strength & cardio equipment. Pro-Fit group classes are top-rate including spinning. Childcare is also provided to our members and we are open 24 hours.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I feel our members provide the motivation to one another. People typically learn from what they see and someone who is focused and determined has an aura about them that attracts people to want to achieve the same for themselves.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started this business to help others get healthy. A big attraction to owning a gym is having fun. Some days are more fun than others but I want members to come here to enjoy life and not think exercise is a terrible time waster. Life is too short and exercise helps you love it and live it well

What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with my members and seeing changes in them. I also work with some very incredible people who love the gym and its members, this has been home to many people for 25 years. Most of all the good energy that is in this gym is something I have never felt in any other health club.
