Progresso Jiu Jitsu is a new martial arts academy located in Plano, Texas. We are dedicated to provide world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing/Muay Thai instruction, in a friendly and fun training environment. Classes are open for everyone regardless of age and fitness level, and no prior martial arts experience is needed in order to join our classes. We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for both kids and adults, as well as Kickboxing and Combat Fit classes. We have classes six days a week, and our instructors have over 30 years of martial arts experience combined. Our 6,500 sf academy includes two large training areas, lounge area, changing rooms, and ample locker rooms with shower facilities for both men and women.
