What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer both our Classic barre class along with Pure Empower, our cardio-centric class, to help you cross-train all under one roof. If you stick with it, you will see results in 10 classes. Our teachers are amazing, and the supportive community you will become part of is unmatched.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our teachers are extremely motivating and class changes every day and your body never truly gets used to the workout, so it is always challenging. You will always be seeing your body change, which motivates everyone to keep coming back!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are recently under new ownership! Our owner, Jennifer, began Pure Barre to bounce back from a tough pregnancy and c-section and got hooked. The classes quickly reshaped her body and became an amazing source of "me" time in her busy day, and she wanted to bring that to as many women as she could.

What do you love most about your job?
Our teachers are constantly inspired by the strong, resilient clients that walk through our door every day. Seeing people recover from injuries, bounce back from baby, overcome personal challenges and get stronger and fitter in front of your eyes makes teaching Pure Barre incredibly worthwhile.
