What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? _Carrie Dorr founded Pure Barre in 2001, and it has since grown to become the leader in the barre fitness industry. Its low-impact, yet high-intensity workouts blend isometric movements with intense stretching to burn fat and create long, lean muscles. Launched in August of 2017, Pure Empower is a new cardio-centric class offering that has proved to be all the rage for those who like to get their cardio and sculpting accomplished in one place. _

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our instructors are trained not only to help each client get their best workout, but also encourage the clients to challenge themselves. Also, each class is paired with upbeat music to help our clients find their focus and their motivation throughout the entire 45 or 50-minute class options.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We truly believe that Pure Barre’s technique is the best of the best and enjoy the community that is created within the studio. It has proven to be effective for so many and has changed their lives.

What do you love most about your job? _We love working with the clients, hearing about their accomplishments and being included in their favorite part of the day!
