What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
You will be learning from the most qualified instructors in the area. You will learn the most effective MMA techniques from Andy Main, Ultimate Fighter veteran and ranked #2 in Japan. You will also learn the most practical Jiu Jitsu and self defense techniques from Mikey Main, Jiu Jitsu Champion.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
There is no age range. We have classes for all ages and both genders. Our youngest student is 3 and our oldest is 52. We will make any modifications necessary to meet your capabilities.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As brothers, we share the same passion for martial arts. We love to compete but we love to share our knowledge with the world even more. Our biggest goal is to help our students meet their goals. Whether it be fitness, self-defense, social, or competition goals we promise to make them happen.

What do you love most about your job?
The best part of our job is seeing our students get the results the were working toward. We also love the camaraderie in our gym. We are not just a team we are a family and are always welcoming to newcomers. We are all very close in and out of the gym. I believe this bond helped our success.
