Dermal fillers are facial injection treatments used to help diminish wrinkles while restoring volume and fullness in the face and hands.
There are several types of dermal fillers:
Hyaluronic Acid based such as Versa, RHA, and Restylane. Typical treatment areas for Versa, RHA, and Restylane are nasolabial folders, plumping lips, under eyes, temples, and chin.
Biostimulator collagen inducers fillers such as Radiesse and Sculptra. Radiesse is used for cheeks, jawline, chin, hands, neck loose skin, and butt enhancement. Sculptra is used as a volumizer for temples, mid-face, nasolabial folders, and butt enhancement.
Plasma Fillers are made from your blood. While they last only 3-4 months, they are a natural alternative to the other fillers. It is ideal for starters.
