About Raging Buffalo Snowboard Ski Park

Started in 1993 as a refuge for snowboarders who felt unappreciated by more ski-focused slopes, Raging Buffalo has grown into a popular haven for all sorts of shredders, both in the winter and summer months. In warm weather, seasoned instructors pull wakeboarders of all ages and experience levels down the Fox River, teaching students tricks ranging from jumps to emergency bathing-suit retrieval. When the water gets a bit firmer in the winter, the Raging Buffalo Snowboard Ski Park opens for business. The park, built for boarders but open to skiers, boasts a variety of runs and features such as halfpipes and rails.

No matter the season, the park plays host to a variety of events all year, from rail jams to USASA competitions. In addition to that, the park also offers [snow tubing] (http://www.ragingbuffalo.com/snow-tubing-chicago) for guests to enjoy!
