About Rancho Las Lomas

Nestled in the foothills of Orange County, Rancho Las Lomas is a sprawling private resort and Wildlife Foundation with no shortage of picturesque settings for weddings, photo shoots, and other special events. Couples can say "I do" in an open-air marble amphitheater shaded by sycamores and oaks, on the steps of a rustic cottage, or near a wide plaza flanked by native cactus. Meanwhile, the Grand Salon is a perfect setting for charity dinners and wedding receptions, as guests sit bathed in the shimmering light of handmade stained glass and listen to the melodious trickling of the large outdoor fountain.

Yet despite its luxurious atmosphere, Rancho Las Lomas has a rustic soul. Founder Jeannie Lawrence and her late husband envisioned the estate as a "small village" made from reclaimed wood and other recycled materials. The grounds and bungalows are decorated with artifacts sourced from the couple's international travels, including hand-painted tile murals from Portugal and 100-year-old street lamps. Besides big weddings and corporate events, Rancho Las Lomas also throws its own smaller celebrations, such as their annual Family Funday—a fundraising event for the Rancho Las Lomas Wildlife Foundation.
