Their legacy begins in the 1950s, when Carlos Robaina cycled professionally for Yamaha in Uruguay. He then passed down his love of the sport to his son Rudy, who raced professionally in Europe and now competes in triathlons. And Rudy's Uncle Mario joined their ranks as a New York bike messenger who competes in charity bike races, including the Multiple Sclerosis 150.
