About Real Estate University

Real Estate University prepares students to pass the real-estate licensing exams in Connecticut. Courses are led by Karena Piedmont and her fellow instructors, who have years of experience in fields such as financial consulting, mortgage banking, and high-end-property real estate. The main course, a 60-hour salesperson course, takes place over 7 1/2 weeks and discusses everything from real-estate law to listings and sales. And both national and state-specific concepts are covered in detail. After the course, students can sit for the licensing exam.
