Reel Steel Gym, Oak Cliff’s all-free-weight gym with 3,000 sq. ft. of free weights and everything you need for a bodybuilding experience. No contract required.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer several different programs to fit every budget and lifestyle. Each session is a customized workout which includes cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have been a fitness and bodybuilding enthusiast for years and it is my passion to spread my knowledge and experience to others so that they may attain their own personal goals, whether that means losing weight, gaining weight, competing in their favorite sporting event, or just bodybuilding.

What do you love most about your job?
I work with all different types of clients with all different needs and goals; every individual meets or exceeds the goals we have set for him or her.
