In your own words, how would you describe your menu?

Traditional Mexican food, homemade!

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?

We specialize in Cabrito asado cooked over mesquite coals. Cabrito en salsa. Homemade tortillas, guisado de puerco, traditional enchiladas, chile rellenos and much more

Do you use any family recipes at your restaurant? Whose family do they belong to (the chef, the owner, or someone else)?

We use homemade family recipe from generations. Our mom passed away last year and we have continued her legacy through quality and good service in her honor. Our restaurant is named after our mother.
