Redbird Plumbing is a one-man operation, so you are guaranteed service from a master plumber with more than 20 years experience. Specializing in remodels, I am proficient in all aspects of the trade including gas lines and tank-less heaters. Whatever your plumbing needs, I do sound, reliable, and honest work.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I grew up in a plumbing family. I started carrying my fathers tools when I was 12 and eventually earned the opportunity to work in the summers and on break, right here in St.Louis. Plumbing has allowed me to help people and work my way through to grad school. I now support my family by plumbing.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about plumbing is helping people. I enjoy the challenge of each unique issue and drawing on my over 20 years of experience to solve the problem. When a customer is without hot water or can’t use a shower, I enjoy leaving the job knowing that I helped bring back comfort to their home.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Plumbing is unique in that I visit clients’ homes. It used to be that people came to you to provide their services—the milk man and even doctors would make house calls. I receive a lot of feedback about plumbing skills but when I visit a client’s home I treat as my own and I enjoy remarks reflecting that.
