Big Top Level: Focus on procession and fun on all circus equipment and conditioning.

Center Ring Level: Focusing on Duo Skills (Holding Partner Work), small swinging on aerial equipment and conditioning.

Golf Level: Focus on character performance routines, swinging with music and conditioning. (Coach provided music)

Demo Team: Work on show make-up, character performing, dance solo act, group routine and conditioning.

Senior Demo Team: Focus on mentoring the younger circus student, Make their own circus routine with music and choreography without the coach.

About Aerial Circus Arts at Redline Athletics 4S Ranch

Redline's Adult Fitness main focus is to help clients achieve their fitness and weight-loss goals. We offer regimented training programs and education to our clients in order to maintain their ideal physical goals. Instructors lead group workout classes that combine cardio with resistance exercises and strength training. They develop these regiments to show results quickly and change the routines often to avoid workout plateaus that can be discouraging to clients. Our trainers empower our clients with healthy eating guidelines to keep them motivated. Our trainers offer personal sessions to plan customized fitness programs, which clients can use during their workouts at Redline to continue training on their own.
