We are the exclusive fitness studio in the Prairieville and southeast Baton Rouge area to offer the prestigious and nationally-renowned BarreAmped method. After feeling the burn in one of our barre classes, stick around for hot yoga, rowing, reformer pilates, or TRX strength training as well.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Owners Andi Carroll and Jodi Dettman have many years and thousands of hours logged training and teaching in the fitness industry. They have a passion for both quality teaching and health and fitness, and have combined them to create four signature workouts that bring fast, proven results.
