Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We always change things up so you don't get bored ... or ever plateau.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
We have had chubby teenagers with no self-confidence come in and grow up to be pro fighters, or not fight and be confident healthy men. We have had students lose over 100 pounds in MMA. In Cardio Kickboxing we have students ... go from size 13 to 2 and keep it off. We help students change their lives inside and out. We love what we do.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
No. We do not hurt our students. You will be sore but you will not leave with injuries. We train smart. We teach proper technique.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We have people that have never worked out, children, grandparents, pro athletes, and everything in between. Everyone is welcome in our gym. You don't have to worry about what you wear, how much you make, your age, fitness level. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect in our gym. We have been open for over 20 years now and we love helping people everyday.
