About Resorts World Bimini
Situated between the Gulf Stream and the Great Bahama Bank, Bimini is island territory so idyllic, it's attracted timeless celebrities. Ernest Hemingway once lived in the area; Martin Luther King, Jr. wrote part of his "I Have a Dream" speech here. And everyday folks enjoy the area too. Here are the top four ways:
By diving: The crystal clear waters around Bimini make for excellent scuba diving jaunts, on which divers see sights from starfish to shipwrecks.
By gambling: The resort's 10,000-square-foot casino features table games from blackjack to roulette, as well as slots and a sports book.
By fishing: Bimini has a reputation as the big game- and bone-fishing capital of the world, in part because it borders the Florida Straits, which reach depths of up to 6,000 feet.
By taking a cruise to Miami: On a boat, dubbed the Bimini SuperFast, with six restaurants and bars.
