Laser genesis works for people of all ages and skin tones. It can help smooth the skin and reduce the look of fine lines, dark spots, and wrinkles. Typically, its primary use is to fade scarring, redness, and broken blood vessels, and improve the look of rosacea and eczema.
Sometimes called a “lunch break procedure,“ laser genesis takes just 30 minutes, and there’s no downtime. It uses a laser to gently heat the skin, resulting in the production of new skin cells and collagen.
After one session, you will notice your skin looks brighter and more youthful, and your pores look smaller. For best results, you’ll need three to six treatments spaced two to three weeks apart, then approximately every 12 months to maintain results. Laser genesis is a safe procedure with minimal side effects. Redness, warmth, and dryness for the first few hours after treatment are the most common side effects.
Pregnant women should not get any laser treatments.
