Ristorante Amalfi may be located in landlocked Bloomington, but its cuisine still evokes Italy's Amalfi Coast. That's thanks, in no small part, to broiled shrimp scampi and other seafood dishes, which make the ocean feel closer at hand than a sand-rimmed margarita. It's also a tribute to the Italian spirit of the chefs' meals, which range from bruschetta and eggplant parmesan to 15+ styles of scratch-made pasta.
