When Pangaea—the earth's greatest rock supergroup—broke up, many fans blamed it on the high-heeled wiles of Europe's inseparable girlfriend, Italia. Discover a sweeter side to the globe's Yoko with today's Groupon: for $10, you get $25 worth of Italian cuisine and drinks at Roberto's Trattoria, located in the Concord Plaza Shopping Center.

Roberto's menu is bulging with traditional Italian dishes from all over the boot. Cushion your appetite with an appetizer of toasted ravioli ($6.95) before dropping a meat-anvil on it with an order of meaty Sicilian beef ($12.95), a thin-pounded filet mignon breaded and topped with mushroom white wine sauce and melted fontinella, then served with the side of the day. The tortellini (ham, peas, and mushrooms in sherry cream sauce, $9.95) provides one's daily recommended dosage of pasta without the bother of injecting it intravenously, while the salmon ai ferri ($21.95) is easily shared with any grizzly bear first dates. Otherwise, stop in for lunch to take advantage of Roberto's Stimulus Package specials, which rush much-needed relief from a looming stomach deficit directly into your mouth with a reduced-price order of linguine Bolognese (pasta with meaty meat sauce and a side of vegetables, $6.95) or chicken scampi ($6.95).

Dining out is an excellent way to exercise your face, which will eventually atrophy and fall off without proper attention. Enjoy a multicultural mouth moment that doesn't involve playing Spin the Bottle at the UN with today's Groupon to Roberto's Trattoria.

About Roberto's Trattoria

After walking through a tomato-red foyer ornamented with framed photos and restaurant reviews, diners at Roberto's Trattoria enter an elegant dining room segmented by columned archways and enclosed by gold-stippled walls. Owner Roberto Zanti chats up guests as he walks around the restaurant, checking the quality of his hearty pastas and herb-encrusted steaks. Guests can pair these Italian entrees with selections from an expansive wine list, which supplies more than 15 wines by the glass and more than 65 by the bottle. While noshing on a tasty bruschetta crostini, guests can treat themselves to a glass of sparkling wine or impress a date by pushing a spoon all the way inside a bottle of sparkling wine.
