Rock Bottom Brewery dishes out handcrafted, award-winning beers and pairs them with an equally ambrosial selection of pizzas, steaks, and more. Straw sip a pint of one of the on-site-brewed barley pops such as the crisp Prospector's Pilsner and the bold-and-black Iron Horse Stout, or foster frothy international diplomacy with the hops-laden Stingin' Brits I.P.A. For dinner, the California Sun pizza comes bedecked with sun-dried tomatoes and asiago cheese atop Rock Bottom's signature hand-tossed pizza crust, made with Sweet Magnolia Brown Ale ($10.99). The New York strip satiates savor-stimulating taste buds with a 14 oz. slab of char-grilled steak ($23.99), and the blue crab stuffed chicken fills fowl with its natural enemy—the artichoke ($15.50). For dessert, finish off the last remnants of hunger with the signature carrot cake ($5.99), topped with silky cream cheese and walnut frosting and caramel.
Rock Bottom Brewery's casual attitude and modern décor provides the ideal setting for dinner with your date, your date's friends, or your date's friend's grandparents. - This is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner. The food is great and the service was excellent and quick. It also has outdoor seating so you can people watch while enjoying the food and/or drinks. ¬– Cee, Yahoo! Local
- The craft beers were all good by me. Sunday brunch is a good option here if you're in Uptown - they have $3 mimosas and serve both great brunch & lunch fare. For dinner, we've always been especially pleased with the burgers, fish & shrimp tacos, and entree salads. ¬– brown_tk, TripAdvisor
