What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Our kickboxing classes are fun and effective. Even better, you never take the same class twice. It is always exciting and the results speak for themselves.
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well? Our kickboxing program is designed for ages 15 and above. We have traditional taekwondo for the younger kids.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I have always been passionate about the martial arts and always wanted to help people feel better and have healthier lives. The kickboxing program combines my love of fitness with martial arts for a fat-busting combo you can't beat.
What do you love most about your job? I love helping people see results. I want people to have fun working out. I think that positive vibes are important and help us to work harder in a class. All of our classes are taught to the best of our ability to help you receive the results you want.
