What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The Rocks Boxing Gym offers a Get Fit Not Hit style of boxing training. You will get a full body workout & burn off that unwanted fat, along with learning the basics of boxing.  There is a wide variety of people who attend our classes from female to male, young and older. We also offer 1 on 1 session that are available upon request. As an added bonus kids ranging from 7 to 17 get to train at no charge. Gloves and wraps are provided if needed.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Yes we train kids. We have set days for our teenage and young kids classes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration and passion comes from within myself. I have a calling to lead and motivate others and at the same time cheer them on . Having been through some of the same situations my clients have. I know what it takes to teach them how to reach their goals.

What do you love most about your job?
I love making people feel good about being them. I know from experience how it feels to not like who you have become. Building confidence and excitement about the way a client looks or feels is the number one reason i love what i do
