Sushi lovers congregate at Roll Sushi Roll with one aim: to learn how to make their own sushi. A sushi expert leads guests through the steps of cutting ingredients, spreading them on a sheet of rice-lined seaweed, rolling the agglomeration into a tubular shape, and slicing the roll into bite-sized pieces. Guests learn to make three different rolls before eating their creations or shellacking them to display on the mantel at home.
