What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I give each and every student the personal direction and drive that they crave. I truly love what I do and it shows in my classes.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Yoga is about the balance between breath and movement. Keeping students moving with their breath helps them to stay motivated.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion for helping people reach their fitness and personal goals through movement inspires me every single day.

What do you love most about your job?
I love how calm students are after they leave my sessions. Seeing this inner peace that they have really makes me fall in love with my business.
