RuChDa Wings' founders chose their eatery's unusual name by taking the first letters from their three children's names: Ruth, Christine, and Daniel. These days, the kids can visit their own initials at three different locations or spot them on bottles of award-winning wing sauce. Everyone else, it turns out, comes for the chicken hot-spot's 24 original wing flavors.

The shop's recipes have become so successful that RuChDa Wings recently earned awards at the Atlanta Wing and Rock Festival and the National Buffalo Wing Festival.
