This straightforward process has gradually transformed Rugrat into an emporium for gently used items for babies, kids, and teenagers who refuse to grow up. The staff even takes in clothing that's out of season, tagging it and holding it until the appropriate time of year rolls around. Upon request, they'll donate clothing to "Operation Care Abroad," an organization that provides medical care to the Philippines.
