About RWB's Chow Bus
Given that its housed in a retrofitted school bus, it's easy to imagine that RWB's Chow Bus packed up its buns and beef hot dogs in Chicago and drove all the way to Austin just in time for lunch. The food truck specializes in the cuisine of the Windy City, with dishes that are inspired by some of the city's greatest flavors and—interestingly enough—their sports teams. Take their signature sandwich The Blackhawk, for example. On a brioche bun, this sandwich includes six ounces of breaded pork tenderloin, spicy mustard, and dill pickles for a touch of crunch. The food truck's other entrees continue on this celebration of Chicagoland icons with The Ditka, The MJ, and The Wrigley Field Salad.
