About Sakura House
From teriyaki entrees to kani salad, there's an extensive selection of Japanese food at BYOB Sakura House. The stars of the menu, however, are the specialty sushi rolls, some of which can be ordered prepared traditionally or as cone-shaped hand rolls.
- Sakura Lucky Roll: Spicy crunchy tuna is enveloped in sushi rice and topped with spicy scallop and red tobiko.
- Spider Roll: Fried soft shell crab, tobiko, avocado, and cucumber are wrapped and touched with eel sauce.
- Pink Flower Roll: Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and avocado are wrapped in a playful pink soybean paper and topped with tobiko.
- Sakura Roll: King crab and avocado mingle with spicy tuna inside this roll wrapped with soybean paper then tempura battered and fried.
