About Salsa In Queens
Founder Jean Franco fell in love with Salsa dancing after taking his first dance class at the ripe young age of 18. Since then he has become a veteran dancer and choreographer, opening his own studio—Salsa In Queens—as a way to expand his love of dance to the Astoria community.
In spacious, mirrored rooms, dancers of all experience levels gather together to find their rhythm through Hip-Hop, Salsa, and Bachata classes led by passionate instructors. Monthly socials offer a chance to students to practice their moves and develop their skills, making new friends along the way.
