For Turkan Aydogmus, yoga and dance are much more than exercises—they're a way of life. She founded Samadhi Yoga & Dance to share this belief with others in hopes they would experience the enlightenment, inner peace, and passion that the art forms sparked in her. Along with her team of instructors, Turkan conducts a wide range of classes that incorporate the physical, emotional, and spiritual. This includes kundalini yoga, a consciousness-raising form of yoga that focuses on specific mental or physical issues; tribal fusion belly dance, a communal form of the serpentine dance style; and yogalates, a blend of yoga and Pilates performed on mats and optionally poured into an espresso beverage.
