Shiro’ is head and ‘Dhara’ means stream, treatment focused on the nervous system, insomnia, stress, psychosomatic mental disorders, and Vata and skin disorders.

How we work?

It is the constant stream of liquid that aims to create a vibration, which transmutes the energy to a subtle state, and by slowing the breath, induces a state of deep meditative relaxation.
