Welcome to San Fernando Strength & Conditioning a gym predicated on fitness fundamentals and science. We also specialize in Olympic weightlifting and are beginner friendly. From our most novice athlete to our most dynamic we try and provide a service to all where they learn proper technique, push themselves and are never at risk for injury. We are not a traditonal gym and teach in a class setting. Athletes are tasked with performing all forms or fitness and exercises such as starters, finishers, lifts and daily workouts. The structure of classes are always tweaked and different to keep athletes on their toes. We also recommend you follow our IG page @SanFernandoSC to stay up to to date and for the viewing of our schedule. Some tools we use are listed below along with some of the movements that correspond with the accessory.

About San Fernando Strength & Conditioning
Our goal at SFSC is to create athletes that have great mobility, longevity and are powerful. Those 3 things comprise our fitness values. We use various types of tools to better those aspects of fitness. Some tools we use are Kettle bells, Dumbbells, Olympic Weight Lifting, Rowers, Medicine Balls, Jump Ropes, Cones, Boxes, Rogue Rig, Bar Bells, Bumper Plates, Foam Rollers, Lacrosse Balls We as a gym look to stay at the forefront of fitness. We constantly keep up and test new trends in the fitness landscape. We then see if we can integrate them into our program.We also realize that there are trends with no scientific foundation and we exclude those exercises from our programming. We are a local gym hoping to give back to the community by providing a quality fitness service for all! SFSC was founded in October 2019 by Michael S. Coach Mike is a Sylmar native with a background in Kinesiology.
