Sangha means community. Our goal is to make goal accessible to everyone, no matter your ability, age, or fitness level.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer classes where students will learn to listen to their own bodies. This relationship that is created helps the students stay interested in learning more.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga is necessary in today's world of non-stop action. The lesson of letting go, but also staying strong is the basis of Sangha Center Yoga philosophy.

What do you love most about your job?
Everyone feels good at the end of a yoga class!
