Our centre is created by mindful and caring practitioners who are passionate about Yoga and holistic healthcare.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The Yoga classes include music and heating according to class type and level. The classes are only 1 hour, perfect for busy people who need to feel something in a short amount of time. The teachers are all qualified to provide each student with modifications and demonstrate poses.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Holistic healthcare and education is our passion and being able to receive these therapies as an alternative to prescription medication or surgery gives us peace of mind. Knowing and understanding ourselves and the ability to heal is powerful.
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that each person who experiences the connection between mind, body and spirit will also feel the connection of our source energy, and eventually the entire Universe!. Earth elements enable us to feel the ease and flow of life with love and positive light. I like that we develop an ease of flow with life.
