About Santosha
After 15 years of teaching experience across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, certified yoga instructor and Santosha founder Pierre Couvillion now brings his eclectic classes to Indianapolis to help students of all abilities hone stronger, more flexible bodies and relieve stress. He and his fellow instructors lead daily classes spanning an array of styles, including meditation, tai chi, level one yoga classes for all ages and movement abilities, as well as the more rigorous level 2 yoga. Those looking to expand their mind-body practice beyond the mat can partake in one of Santosha's classes in breathing, ayurveda, and bodywork. In bodywork classes, patrons learn various healing massage techniques and pair up with their friends or family to practice methods including Thai massage, shiatsu, and acupressure, which can relieve pain and help one relax more effectively than floating down a tryptophan river while listening to a lullaby mixtape.
