- 24-hour cancellation notice required. Appointment required. Credit card required at booking. Must arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment to check in, have your temperature check and make your custom body scrub. Please plan on 2.5 hours for your spa package. All services are booked in 60-minute blocks, with total service time per service at approximately 50 minutes. Late arrival time by the client will result in the shortening of service time. All appointments must be booked by phone in order for our Guest Services Team to go over customization and upgrade options. Online reservations are not allowed. Please call our Guest Services team to reschedule or cancel your appointment prior to the 24-hour cancellation window at (518) 306-4108. No shows or same day cancellations will result in a charge of the full amount of the Groupon voucher on the credit card on file. Only one voucher per option per client may be purchased. Duplicate purchases of the same option will be denied. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price). Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s).
