At Savvy Tea, we pride ourselves on our tea education and service to our customers. Providing over 300 teas to our customers makes us unique. Whether you are a new tea drinker, wanting to learn more about the health benefits of tea or have been drinking tea for decades and are curious about expanding your current tea repertoire, our staff is pleased to answer your questions and widen your appeal to Camelia sinensis.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Our passion for tea started well before the start of Savvy Tea Gourmet. Multiple business trips to Asia over the last 30+ years, led us from drinking tea as youngster in our families to experiencing many tea cultures and voraciously learning about the multiple types of teas and their health benefits. We continue to live a "healthy tea lifestyle" embodying healthy food, regular exercise, adequate sleep and specialty teas everyday. We pass this on to our customers.

What do you love most about your job?

We love our customers! We have built a tea community...one cup at a time...that continues to impress us with their interest, dedication to tea and continued loyalty. For that, we are grateful and strive to exceed their expectations every day.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We have customers that come in elated that tea has changed their life! While that may seem to be an extreme, we have many customers that say they feel better, are happier and enjoy artisan teas daily - in short their lives are enriched.
